I haven’t really settled on what the Seekers standard timekeeping is like, but they’re pretty accustomed to coordinating with other aliens. I imagine the humans from earth are still using their own timekeeping, and when scheduling events or meetings they just make sure to line up within as many active windows as possible.
Jack’s always been a bit of an insomniac so fortunately (?) his circadian cycle can’t get much worse than it already is 😛
