I just realized, do you think Jack has to stock up on Christmas stuff whenever the season rolls around? Or that he, like, waits until after Christmas so he can get all the good deals on merch when they go on sale? I mean I doubt he’s buying them in April. Then again, he’s pretty constantly making stuff himself, so maybe he’s just really good at improvising during the off-season months, when he has to prepare for Christmas in July.
I’ve thought about this a bit! I think in oppsworld the feds keep an eye on unusual bulk orders on Christmas stuff for this reason, but Jack’s gotten a little too savvy for that at this point. I imagine he primarily deals in cash, and has a storage unit somewhere to dump his lights and ornaments in for the off season. And as you pointed out, he makes a lot of stuff himself!
